The program will give students (ages nine to 12) an opportunity to enroll in classes (STEM related activities) in science, technology, engineering and mathematics at the Delevoe Park Summer Camp program.

Following completion, the students will then participate in classes facilitated by Experience Aviation, led by founder and President, Capt. Barrington Irving.

Barrington also donated signed copies of his recently authored publication “Touch The Sky” to students in the audience.

Experience Aviation is a nonprofit organization that uses aviation to build STEM skills in students and direct them towards careers in aviation and other STEM-related fields. Some 87% of the program’s participants go on to pursue STEM-related careers.
