Saturday Champs grandstand tickets sold out

Track and field enthusiasts still hoping for a grandstand tickets for Saturday's final day of the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Champion-ships will have to think of an alternative, as they are already sold out.

Colleen Montaque, chairperson of the championships, told Star Sports that the much sought-after tickets are no longer available, but that grandstand seats are still on offer for all other days, as well as tickets for the Bleachers section on Saturday.

"Tickets are available for the grandstand area for all days except Saturday," Montaque said.

"Those Saturday grandstand tickets are all sold out. We have for the other days though and we certainly have bleachers tickets for the other days as well."

Montaque also advised that, though not a perfect day, yesterday's opening session went fairly well, but that everything will be in place as the meet progresses.

"Everything is coming together, the technical aspect of it is settled, everything is in place and we are ready," Montaque said.

"There are other little areas that are outstanding that we are trying to put together but certainly by tomorrow (today), those will be ready."

The administrator, who is also the principal of Wolmer's Girls, also informed that the organisers will be providing live streaming services from its www.issasports.tv.com website throughout the event.
