Paula, store clerk I knew that Usain was going to win. Him have more stamina, and don't complain like the other one. Asafa complain too much, and him too shy to be so exposed. Virgo, store clerk Both of them did very well because they went to the final, so they did extremely well. John, store clerk Somebody haffi step up to the plate and win, so Usain do that. Asafa make we know she we can get world record, now the athlete them can run with that. Wi do good still cause a the first time we have 3 somebody in the finals. Bolt did just too good. Edward Miller, store owner/operator We are proud of Bolt's achievement and success. AS I see it, it's something he's worked very hard for. Is not overnight success. This is a sporting event that is dominated by European nations, and now the Caribbean taking over. As a Caribbean nation, we all stand behind Bolt. With Powell now, it's a race, and everybody can't come first or last. Powell did his best and we should stand behind him too. Whatever happened in the 100 is gone and we have to look to the relays. Dwight Guthrie, security officer Dwight & Mark as they hold the STAR, a Jamaican tabloid with Bolt's picture. It was very good. I knew Bolt was going to take it home. From me a watch him from the national heats out here, me see that Bolt aggo take it home. Bwoy Powell let we down bad. We expect at least a second. WE never expect fifth, but if it was a money race, him woulda go for it.
Mark Burke, security officer I think Bolt do a good job but I expected Asafa to win because him a my favourite. Maybe him get pay-off to lose. Some money pay-out go on because him win alla the heats and then come inna the big race come lose? But still, congrats to Bolt, respect him as a young rising star. |
