It is summer, and sexy strappy espadrilles with a million laces and strings are ‘in’. However, when you are traveling, make it easy on yourself and the other travelers in the line, by wearing shoes, sandals or slippers which slip off easily. 

I know some people resent having to walk barefoot on the floor where the feet of a million strangers have been “what sort of microbes are lurking there just waiting for my foot?” you ask yourself. 

If you are that uncomfortable, carry a pair of cheap disposable socks and toss them after walking on the floor.  Nuh badda grumble… remember security measures are there to protect all of us.
