JAMROCK Magazine is back at it again with the ultimate Monday night vibe of Rock the Runway at SOB’s, where music meets fashion on the runway.

On Monday, March 22, 2010, be prepared to experience a triple threat special guest appearances from some of today’s top Caribbean artists.

An electrifying Artists, Actor, and Author, Ky-Mani Marley will be debuting his newly autobiography Dear Dad: Where’s the family in our family, today?” The son of the great Bob Marley will be signing copies of his book and may grace the stage to perform some of his own hits.

Grenada’s very own Jab-Jab King, Tallpree is set to hit the stage and deliver some of his memorable hits like “Old Woman Alone” and his new hit “Wicked Jabs”. Hitting the music scene in 1997 led Tallpree to an international status, were he acclaimed Road March and Soca Monarch titles in Grenada. In the beginning of his career he opened for Super Cat, Beenie Man and Bounty Killer. Today Tallpree is making appearances throughout the Caribbean and North American and his next stop will be at Rock with Squeeze.

He has been called a local Brooklyn Artists, but this Trini brethren lyrics is heard worldwide. A name that exemplifies his skills, Lyrikal is an artist whose songs like “All over de gyal” and “Di Code” makes the ladies adore him and the fellas respect him. Lyrikal is a diverse artists who can perform in the soca arena and clash on the conscience reggae scene.

Rocking their latest Spring 2010 designs on the SOB’s stage are Fabric Twins, Gabriel, Triple L Society, and Emigee Couture. These designers collectively are some of the newly influential designers in the fashion game today. Stay tuned for more hot designs to Rock the Runway.

Tickets are only $18 if purchased in advance, will be more at the door so make sure to get them early. Doors open at 7PM, so get there early.
